The
first national labelling competition was organized in seven categories
by label manufacturer accossiatıon.Eco label co. took the first place
in three categories and the best in show award was given to Eco label
co.

BEST IN SHOW (BALPARMAK)
After much discussion it was decided that ECO
ETİKET FOR BALPARMAK KAVANOZ was the best all round label. It was
very well printed using water based technology and the design was
considered to show just what can be done by maximising the benefits
of water based ink and the flexo printing process technically good
and design was excellent .

THE WINNER OF FOOD CATEGORY
This label was printed using the waterbased flexo technique. The sharpness
of the image and the combination of a gold ink and a flower design
gave the feeling of luxery to this small but well printed label. The
overall desing was pleasing and created the excaption to the consumer
that inside the container would be high quality, luxery product.

THE WINNER
OF INDUSTRIAL CATEGORY
The immediate impact of design gave a "soft " feeling to
the label with gentle curves and a pleasing shape to the contours
of the label which were flowing with no "hard" edges. The
colour used evoked a "soft" gentle" feel. This label
was printed flexo. The halftone dots were printed perfectly with a
very good range into the highlights and the large and small type had
good sharp edges. The die cutting was perfect despite the "difficult"
shape. Overall an excellent label

THE WINNER OF NONLABELS CATEGORY
This tag printed an a 230gr
board using ofset and selective gloss lacquer was striking in design
with the tag hole contoured to reflect the central design. The silver,
black, white and yellow complemeted each other to give inpact. The
ink coverage in the black was good, selective lacquering added depth
to the desing and the die cutting was very good every though the card
was thick alltogether a well produced label.
